What are the minimum order quantities (MOQs) for the factories?

The minimum order quantity (MOQ) for the factories is 100 pieces per design and per color. You can include multiple sizes within the 100 pieces, ranging from XXS to 2XL. With Our Blank Supplier you can order as little as 1pcs MOQ.

What items can the factories produce?

The factories specialise in the following: 

 

Factory 1: Menswear, streetwear, and activewear (Menswear & Womenswear).

This factory can produce a wide range of items, including trousers, cargo pants, denim, shorts, t-shirts, polo shirts, knitwear, jackets, hoodies, activewear, and headwear. 

 

Factory 2: Outerwear — jackets, coats, and gilets.

Where are the factories located?

The factories are located in China. China is one of the best places to manufacture your clothing brand. Chinese factories are among the best in terms of their high level of expertise in garment construction and sewing techniques due to years of experience in the industry.

Many Chinese factories have in-house designers and engineers who can assist with pattern making, prototyping, and optimising production processes. Historically, China has had relatively low labor costs compared to many Western countries, which has allowed it to produce clothing at a lower cost. Unfortunately, China still has a bit of a stigma for being either low quality or unethical. This is simply not the case; like every country, there are good factories and bad factories.

Can you help assist with creating tech packs?

Yes, absolutely. We can work with your designs and assist you in creating the tech packs and meeting the requirements needed for the factory.

How much are sample fees?

Sample fees will depend entirely on the requirements of the items you want to produce. However, if you decide to place an order, these fees will be refunded on your bulk production order.

What if my samples need adjustments?

The factories can accommodate multiple revisions of your samples before you proceed to bulk order production. At each step of the process, they will create an identical item and document any changes made to the samples. After completing the revisions, they will produce one final sample for you to confirm before moving into bulk order production. Please note that if you require more than a few revisions, additional fees may be charged due to the one-off sampling process.

How long is production?

Sampling Timeframe: Once your designs have been finalised and sent to the factory, it typically takes around 10 to 14 days to produce your samples. 

 

Bulk Order Production: After your samples have been finalised and are ready for bulk production, the lead time is usually around 4 to 6 weeks from start to finish.

What are the payment terms and conditions?

Bulk Payment Terms: Upon placing your bulk order, a deposit of 40% is required, with the remaining 60% due upon completion. Sample Payment Terms:Sample fees are due 100% upfront. However, these fees will be refunded if you place a bulk order for the items you sampled - these payments will be made directly to the factory.

Yes, the manufacturers we connect you with are fully equipped to work with brands across the globe. They ship internationally and are experienced in handling worldwide orders with smooth communication, reliable logistics, and efficient production timelines.
