Business Audit
We run a full diagnostic across your business to understand how each part of the system is performing. Using our internal tools and templates, we analyse revenue drivers, unit economics, traffic sources, conversion, retention, and fulfilment. This allows us to pinpoint inefficiencies, constraints, and the highest-leverage opportunities before building a clear path and plan forwards.
Strategy
Following the full business audit, we define the core strategic foundations and build a clear, actionable roadmap. We prioritise the highest-leverage opportunities and needle-moving actions across creative, marketing, product, retention, and distribution. Every decision is focused on driving profitable, sustainable growth with clarity on what to execute, in what order, and why.
Marketing Performance & Optimisation
We take a data-led approach to marketing, focusing on how performance ties directly back to revenue and unit economics. We analyse profit margins, new customer contribution margin, MER, blended ROAS, blended new customer CAC, returning customer percentage, and sell-through. From this, we establish clear benchmarks and targets, identify where spend is inefficient, and define what needs to change across acquisition, creative, and spend allocation to drive profitable, scalable growth.
Creative Performance
We run a structured review of your ad creatives to understand what is actually driving performance at each stage of the funnel. This includes analysing creative formats, hooks, angles, messaging, and fatigue against key metrics.
From this, we identify winning patterns, gaps in your creative mix, and clear testing priorities, then set benchmarks and creative targets designed to improve efficiency, scale spend, and sustain performance over time.
Product & Offer Strategy
We run a full diagnostic across your business to understand your Product & Offer Strategy.
We analyse your product range, pricing structure, bundling, and offer positioning to understand how they impact conversion, AOV, and margin. This includes reviewing hero SKUs, upsells, cross-sells, and offer sequencing to ensure your product mix supports scale without compressing profit.
Who is this Mentorship for?
The 1-1 Tailored Mentorship is for serious founders doing £20k per month and above who are ready to take their business to the next level. This is for operators who want clear direction, sharper strategy, and hands-on support to break through their current ceiling.
What makes your program different?
This programme is different because it’s built on real execution. I’ve personally built and scaled multiple brands from the ground up, so I understand exactly what it’s like to start from zero and grow a business in the real world. I’ve built brands such as Sans Pareil and Femni London, alongside multiple dropshipping brands, and I can show you the brands, the journey, and the lessons behind them. I’ve operated both in-house fulfilment from my own warehouse and scaled brands using 3PLs, so the advice you get is based on first-hand experience across different stages of growth.
Is this suitable for beginners?
No. This is designed for established founders at £20k+ per month. If you’re still finding product-market fit or generating your first sales, this won’t be suitable. The only exception is founders with raised capital who want expert guidance to scale their business the right way from the outset.
What business models do you work with?
Primarily ecommerce brands, including DTC, dropshipping, and hybrid models. The principles apply across Shopify-based businesses.
How long is the mentorship program and what does it include?
The program runs for 8 weeks. Each week covers specific modules, tailored to where you’re currently at in your business. You’ll have one 1-1 call per week, a fully tailored growth plan, and supporting video modules to follow and implement between calls and my personal whatsapp for any question inbetween. The program also includes full access to our ecommerce Masterclass, private supplier and partner connections, and entry into a private community of brand owners.
Do you offer any guarantees?
If you’re looking for guarantees in business, this probably isn’t for you. Results depend on execution, resources, and decision-making. That’s exactly why the 1-1 mentorship is selective. If we believe we can genuinely help you move the needle, you’ll be invited to work with us.

We work under NDA because the conversations inside the mentorship go far beyond surface-level advice. You’ll be sharing real numbers, live strategies, supplier details, ad structures, and internal decision-making that most brands never make public.
